Newsletter #143 : Why We Shouldn’t Look Back On Our Lives

When I think back on my life, I can’t help but think about how much it has changed. It is the changes that make our life meaningful. When we stop changing, we start to become stagnant and mundane. Change is what keeps us curious and motivated to keep going. If you want to live a satisfying life, I would encourage you not to look back on your life, but instead look ahead at all of the great changes that are yet to come!

The more change there is in our lives, the better off we are. If you do not like how your life turns out after making lots of changes, then make more changes!

Looking back to the past with regret is an act of cowardice. Regret should give way to introspection and curiosity about the future.
